West Palm man’s phone showed him stopped by FHP and Border Patrol

A West Palm Beach man said he spent hours in custody after he was stopped by U.S. Border Patrol and Florida Highway Patrol in an incident that was captured by his phone.

Kenny Laynez, 18, was taken into custody along with his mother and co-workers after they were stopped in a landscaping truck in Singer Island back on May 2, the Palm Beach Post reported.

His phone recorded the encounter as Laynez said they were dragged out of the truck and one co-worker was Tased while being placed in handcuffs…
