When it’s time for a slice of cake and a glass of wine, “where do you even go?” Shawn Bolduc asked in an Instagram post Thursday morning. “You’re going to be stopping into Baked Lab. … THAT’S RIGHT, BABY!”
Bolduc is the owner and founder of Baked Lab, an east side cake business that hosts classes. He plans to open a brick and mortar location this winter at 2044 Atwood Ave., with opening hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday to start.
The Atwood space, a long-vacant building in the heart of the Schenk-Atwood neighborhood, was home to Wong’s Garden for 13 years (it was briefly Magic Wok before closing in 2014).
