SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Springfield man with involvement in a local gang has been sentenced in federal court following two incidents, one at a Kum & Go and one later at an apartment complex in 2023.
According to a United States Department of Justice press release, Darius Thomas, 28, has been sentenced to three years in federal prison without parole, followed by three years of supervised release.
