The cutest little building is now for sale at 761 Main Street, downtown. For years, I’ve admired this circa 1936 building, which was home to a leatherworker. The funny things is that while this building might appear smaller in scale, it’s actually 5,824 square feet and is considered mixed-use in nature.
The leatherworker is currently operational, but the owner is looking to retire, once the building is sold. Realtor Carmelo Parlato says that he has been tremendous interest in the building and it will go quick. While it’s sad to see M Steffan’s Sons Inc. (eventually) close, this is a wonderful opportunity for the buyer.
