According to emergency dispatchers, shots rang out just after 3:20 p.m., prompting a swift response from fire units, EMS, and law enforcement.
When first responders arrived, they found a juvenile male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Harrisburg Police Public Information Officer Kyle Gautsch confirmed that officers from an outside agency—already patrolling nearby—rushed to assist and rendered aid until EMS crews took over.
