JESSUP, Md. (WBFF) — The death of an inmate at the Maryland Correctional Institution has prompted an investigation, according to Maryland State Police.
The inmate, identified as 42-year-old Brian Bell, was pronounced dead by hospital personnel after being taken to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.
Police say they have identified a suspect, who is also an inmate, but no charges have been filed as the investigation continues. The suspect’s identity is being withheld pending further investigation…
