HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A teen is facing charges in connection to a shooting that happened in Harrisburg on July 24, according to an update from police.
16-year-old Nasir Waters, of Harrisburg, was arrested on Saturday in relation to a shooting that happened several days prior in the 400 block of Woodbine Street, according to court documents.
