Former Austin ISD executive sentenced in district theft case

AUSTIN (KXAN) — On July 15, a Travis County judge sentenced a former Austin ISD executive in connection with a district theft investigation.

According to court documents, 46-year-old Lynn Brennan was given two years’ deferred adjudication after she entered a guilty plea. During the two years, Brennan must complete 100 hours of community service in addition to other requirements.
