CADDO PARISH, La. (KSLA) – The Caddo Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit has arrested a man from Gretna, Louisiana, for sending private photos of the victim to co-workers, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.
On May 29, Investigator Jared Marshall from the Special Victims Unit launched an investigation after the victim reported that Ennis Gilbert, 45, had sent private photos to staff members at their workplace. Further investigation confirmed that Gilbert had committed the crime of non-consensual disclosure of a private image.
