What is RP1 Gaming Lounge?
RP1 is a state-of-the-art entertainment lounge designed for gamers of all ages. This exciting space blends cutting-edge technology with a comfortable, social atmosphere, making it perfect for family outings, birthday parties, or spontaneous weeknight fun. Located conveniently inside the MJR Southgate Cinema, it also offers the ultimate combo of gaming followed by a movie at their Laser Ultra Theater.
Our family really enjoyed our time together by playing various video games and arcade machine inside the lounge. The host was very helpful as he guided us through the latest and fun video games that were age appropriate for my kids. We also loved the convenience of dining inside the lounge by ordering through our host and skipping the regular lines outside. Don’t forget to hit the Laser Ultra movie theater after the game night for the ultimate family night out fun!

Semi-Private Gaming Zones with Massive Screens
The gaming lounge features semi-private gaming zones, each equipped with top-of-the-line consoles like PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. Each station accommodates up to four people, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. One of the standout features is the 11-foot gaming screens—an epic way to experience your favorite video games like never before.
The lounge is staffed with helpful hosts who guide guests through the available games and help match them with age-appropriate titles. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us set up a few games my kids had never played before, and ensuring they were both safe and engaged.
Food, Drinks & Comfort
Hungry? No need to step out. Guests can order food and drinks directly inside the RP1 lounge. The in-lounge service lets you skip the concession stand lines and focus on enjoying your time. From kid-friendly snacks to adult favorites, there’s something for everyone. The convenience of eating while gaming added an extra level of comfort to our visit.
More Than Just Gaming
While the main draw is definitely gaming, RP1 is also a great spot to watch live sporting events or stream other media on the large screens.
