26-year-old arrested in Lowell shooting

An arrest has been made after a man was shot this week in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Lowell police say 26-year-old Jeremiah Constant, of Plymouth, was taken into custody in connection with the shooting that occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Favor St.

Officers responded that night to the area of the South Common for a report of gunshots and arrived to find an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds…
