Sherman Man Accused of Driving Drunk from Altercation

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies have charged a Sherman man who allegedly drove drunk from the scene of a reported altercation in the village Saturday morning. Deputies were called to an undisclosed residence just before 6:00 AM on a report that a male had fled the area in the complainant’s vehicle. The man, identified as 30-year-old Alec Blose, returned to the area, and a subsequent investigation led to his arrest. Blose was charged with DWI per se and DWI common law, and he was later released with appearance tickets for Sherman Town Court…
