Chapin Memorial Library celebrates young readers’ achievements at Read Fest

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Chapin Memorial Library hosted its third Read Fest event at Futrell Park, celebrating children and youth who have reached significant reading milestones.

The library emphasizes the importance of starting to read at an early age to develop essential work and social skills throughout life.
