Many have been touched by the services of hospice care for a loved one nearing the end of their lives, but not everyone knows the extent and depth of the care that is offered.
Hospice is built around comfort-focused care for patients who are terminally ill with a prognosis of six months or less, if the diagnosis is to run its normal course.
