CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The city of Cedar Rapids is closing Robbins Lake near Ellis Harbor as a precaution, as the Cedar River is seeing rising river levels.
The city says it is monitoring conditions and will reopen the lake “when it’s appropriate.”
