CALDWELL COUNTY, Texas — Caldwell County deputies discovered discarded animal remains on the side of a road on Saturday.
The Caldwell County Constable says that a deputy located multiple trash bags filled with discarded animal remains while on patrol.
“The level of disregard and cruelty it takes to leave pets on the side of the road is beyond heartbreaking,” the Constable’s Office said. “This is not just illegal—it’s inhumane.”…
