An updated report was issued from the National Weather Service on Monday at 1:48 p.m. EDT for strong thunderstorms until 2:45 p.m. EDT for Clinton, Eaton, Ingham and Jackson counties.
Residents may experience wind gusts of up to 40 mph.
“At 1:48 p.m., Doppler radar tracked strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Perry to Eaton Rapids. Movement was southeast at 20 mph,” according to the weather service. “Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.”…
