FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Franklin Police Department continues to search for a man accused of unlawfully photographing a child at Target in March.
FPD announced Monday that a warrant was obtained for the arrest of Kevin Jackson, 45, whose last known address is in Hendersonville. He faces a charge of unlawful photography.

News 2 previously reported that on March 13 at the Target store on Galleria Boulevard in Franklin, a 12-year-old girl and her mother saw a man squatting down, pointing his phone upward toward the child, and tapping the screen to take photos. The following security camera photo was provided to help identify the man.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact the Franklin Police Department at 615-794-2513. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers of Williamson County at 615-794-4000. Callers may qualify for a cash reward up to $1,000.
