Potter County Deputies arrested 39-year-old Matthew Joseph Abendroth Sunday evening at 6:30 in the 1500 block of South Coulter for a terrorist threat causing imminent fear. Deputies arrested James Andrew Gonzalez, age 32 Sunday at 12noon for unlicensed possession of a firearm by a felon. Potter County Detention Center inmate 39-year-old Calub Juan Jasper was charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Sunday morning at 4:14, Deputies arrested 34-year-old Jose Maria Rubio-Vieyra in the vicinity of 3rd and Manhattan for driving while intoxicated and an ICE Hold. 17-year-old Max Jaxon Mefford was arrested Sunday morning at 10:49 for assault of a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation.
