Albuquerque Police arrest 2 men accused of killing woman following dispute over motorcycle

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two men are facing charges for the murder of an Albuquerque woman following a dispute over a motorcycle, Albuquerque Police said.

Three masked men, including Nicholas Lucio and Matthew Mitchem, confronted the victim, Ann Marie Chaires, on July 2 at a southeast Albuquerque apartment complex on Maderia Drive.

The men accused Chaires of selling Mitchem’s motorcycle, which he stored at the apartment, and demanded that she take them to get it back, APD said. Chaires reportedly denied taking the motorcycle and refused to get it back…
