Two people were killed and 25 others were injured in shootings and stabbings across the city over the weekend, officials said. That’s the lowest number of victims recorded on the same weekend since at least 2015, according to HeyJackass, a site that independently tracks Chicago crime data using open source and official databases.
The victims ranged in age from 6 to 71 and included 24 males and 3 females.
