KINGSBURG, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A little girl from Kingsburg is receiving praise from first responders after taking quick action when she saw a fire spreading rapidly on Sunday.
The Kingsburg Police and fire department responded to an alley fire on July 27. Crews report the fire was spreading rapidly.
On scene, officers saw a family in the area and spoke with them – that’s how they met Eriel, a little girl who was playing outside at the time of the fire. Eriel’s mom told officials her daughter saw the fire when it started and ran to tell her. Eriel’s mom then called 911…
