LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Some of those living in the Beechmont neighborhood will be getting assistance with their groceries thanks to a new partnership between Kroger, South Louisville Community Ministries (SLCM) and Metro Councilwoman Betsy Ruhe.
The program will give out 250 free one-year Boost memberships to those in the Beechmont area who might struggle to get to a Kroger because of disability, mobility issues or transportation challenges, according to the grocery.
