ELKTON, Md. (WBFF) — Two men lost their lives in a crash late Saturday night in Elkton, said the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office.
Police say that deputies responded to the 200 block of Fairview Road around 11 p.m. on July 26, following reports of a motor vehicle accident.
