LEAGUE CITY – Police are actively investigating a bold robbery that took place Monday evening at the H-E-B grocery store located at 2955 South Gulf Freeway.
According to Officer Trevor Montero, who spoke with KGTX 7 over the phone, the incident was reported at approximately 5:05 PM. Police officers arrived on scene within four minutes, but the suspects had already fled by the time they got there.
Investigators say three Black males entered the store wearing black hoodies, face coverings, and surgical gloves. The suspects went straight to a jewelry repair and sales kiosk located inside the store.
