TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Pima County judge accepted a Guilty Except Insane plea for 34-year-old Malyn Pavolka, who was charged with causing a crash that killed five people in Tucson’s southwest side.
Malyn Christine Pavolka was arrested on five counts of reckless manslaughter and one count of running from law enforcement following the two-vehicle crash at Camino Verde on Ajo Way on Oct. 21, 2024.
The manslaughter charges have since been amended to less serious charges of negligent homicide…
