CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The City of Charleston expects an increase of trash to appear on its roadways and sidewalks as many leases come to an end this summer.
‘Operation Move Out’ is an annual initiative that runs for five days, collecting trash daily on the peninsula. This year it begins on Jul. 31 and ends on Aug. 5 with no work being done on Sunday, Aug. 3.
