SC state forest reopens with reduced hours following dog attacks

COLUMBIA — Harbison State Forest reopened Tuesday, two weeks after closing so officials could track down aggressive dogs that attacked joggers.

The forest parking lot will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the same hours as the forest’s office. Previously, visitors could arrive as early as sunrise…
