NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A special ribbon-cutting was held Tuesday for the opening of a new CAN Community Health Clinic. The non-profit organization has tapped Norfolk, located at 6315 North Center Drive, Suite 100, as the location for it’s latest state-of-the-art facility.
This comes as the Mermaid City has one of the highest HIV rates in Virginia.
