SACRAMENTO, Calif. – California Governor Gavin Newsom issued an emergency proclamation for several counties in California to aid recovery efforts following severe storms.
The proclamation, announced on Tuesday, covers Humboldt, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Shasta, Sonoma, and Trinity counties.
