AUSTIN (KXAN) — The U.S. General Services Administration, or GSA, announced Monday that it sold a federally owned, vacant office building in Austin, which was previously used by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
The building is located in the Stillhouse Canyon Office Park in northwest Austin.
According to the GSA’s press release, it was sold for $3.49 million. The GSA also said it received 25 bids during the sale process. The release did not mention who purchased the property, however…
