In the early morning hours of Friday, July 25, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Will County Sheriff’s deputies were conducting routine patrols in the 1000 block of Raynor Avenue in Joliet Township when they observed a 2017 Chevy Silverado parked in an alley.
The vehicle was quickly identified as having been reported stolen the previous evening.
Deputies approached the vehicle and located 23-year-old Francisco A. Medina of Bolingbrook in the driver’s seat. Medina was taken into custody without incident…
