SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane County Regional Water Reclamation Facility will be conducting a study on the Spokane River next week that will require red dye to be put into the water.
SCRWRF says the test is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 5 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The study, which is required by the Washington State Department of Ecology, involves adding environmentally-safe red due into the water before it enters the river.
