ALLEGAN, Mich. — A West Michigan man has pleaded no contest to a fatal drunk driving crash in Allegan County that killed a mother who was bicycling with her daughter.
Joel Rojas-Chanito made the plea on July 23 and is set to be sentenced on Aug. 25 at 9 a.m. in Allegan Circuit Court.
