As the temperature heats up, the menu is cooling down at The Seed Coffee + Juice Bar, which opened in Jupiter in December. If you haven’t yet been to The Seed, now’s the perfect time to pop in for a refreshing seasonal beverage.
The Orange Dreamsicle latte (or matcha) is reminiscent of an ice cream treat, combining orange and vanilla syrup topped with an orange cream cold foam. For a carnival in a cup, try the Cotton Candy matcha, which doubles down on the sweetness with cotton candy syrup, cold foam, and cotton candy–flavored sprinkles on top. Or sip a matcha flavored with pineapple and coconut purée—the tropical treat “tastes like a vacation,” says The Seed operating partner Michael Cerda.
The creative staff of barista mixologists are always experimenting with new creations; no idea is too crazy to test out. “A lot of customers love our drinks because they are bright, vibrant—and very Instagrammable,” says Cerda. “Our drinks look good, but they taste even better.”
