CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A man is facing a charge of driving under the influence after authorities said he crashed into a Charleston Police Department cruiser.
Officials with the agency said a cruiser was struck on I-26 around 10:20 p.m. while officers were helping a disabled vehicle.
