The Priceville Police Department will start a new social media initiative to help track down individuals with active arrest warrants.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 4, Priceville Police will launch a new social media campaign called “Monday’s Most Wanted,” which will feature weekly Facebook posts that include mugshots and charges of selected individuals with outstanding warrants.
According to Chief Jerry Holmes, the department currently has more than 1,000 active warrants. However, the post will not target minor offenses, such as unpaid parking tickets. Instead, the focus will be on more serious charges that have long gone unresolved…
