Drug arrest made after traffic stop

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – A Louisville man is facing multiple drug-related charges following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning in the Shopville community.

Detectives with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division said they had been conducting an investigation into Lannie Dobbs, 57, when they spotted him driving on East Highway 80 near Fire Tower Road. Deputies said Dobbs failed to use a turn signal and crossed the white line multiple times before they pulled him over.

During the stop, Dobbs reportedly admitted to having a marijuana roach in the vehicle, and detectives said they could smell the drug. A search of the vehicle turned up syringes, and Dobbs later told investigators he had meth hidden inside a cigarette pack…
