Residents need to understand, when the last of the expansions is completed for The Villages, the Developer will only want to collect rent checks. They will not want anything else to do with The Villages as a whole. In fact, I foresee the family selling everything off at one point, putting the profits in a family trust and washing their hands of everything here.
