WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wednesday marks 19 years since a Wilmington woman went missing and was found dead nearly two years later. Her family is still searching for justice.
Although Allison Jackson Foy went missing in Wilmington in 2006, her body wasn’t found until 2008 in a ditch off Carolina Beach Road.
