The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office released body camera footage from an arrest in far East El Paso, where a man attempted to flee while in custody.
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance call around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, at an apartment complex in the 3600 block of Krag Street. While on scene, they identified Edgar Ivan Soto, 34, who had an active warrant issued by the El Paso Police Department, stated a news release by sheriff’s spokeswoman Priscilla I. Contreras.
