A local bakery has announced that they will close their doors for good at the end of August, less than two years after opening in Lafayette.
When Boscoyo Baking Co. opened in the fall of 2023, they quickly gained a following with their sourdough breads, fresh pizzas (which are no longer on the menu) and inventive cakes using ingredients like mango sticky rice, lychee, rhubarb and other fruits as the source of inspiration.
