JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The recent closure of a Jacksonville apartment complex came as a result of code violations that the owners made no efforts to fix, according to city officials.
The complex in question is Willow Bend Apartments off Marshall Road.
“We actually went and did a full property inspection on Monday the 28th,” said Marissa Barger, Code Enforcement Supervisor for the Jacksonville Police Department (JPD). “We found multiple violations.
