A North Shore fine dining spot with scenic views, an east metro Italian restaurant and a new American concept serving classic popovers are among the new establishments that entered Minnesota’s culinary landscape this month.
July also brought word of some notable closures, including the end of the road for Minneapolis staple Annie’s Parlour and a Twin Cities bakery in business for 72 years.
