“If you smell something, say something!”
Mechanicsburg Borough presented that strange request to borough residents about two weeks ago in a Facebook post, directing them to fill out an Environmental Aromas Data Collection Form on the borough website.
The survey collects the smell’s date, time and location, what the aroma was (including pet food, waste, manure or sewage), the smell’s intensity and the weather conditions at the time of the smell. Residents can also add additional details…
