Several vehicles get stuck in road flooding in Knoxville after torrential downpour, KFD says

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Crews with the Knoxville Fire Department are responding to reports of several vehicles in water on Ray Mears Boulevard near West Town Mall in West Knoxville.

KFD advised the community not to drive on flooded roadways after a torrential downpour began drenching the area.

Remember: Turn around, don’t drown.
