JASPER COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported details of a fatal collision that resulted in the death of a pedestrian Wednesday morning.
SCHP says the collision occurred at around 3:16 a.m., on SC 170 near Red Oaks Lane.
