WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A Wilmington man has been arrested for exposing himself in the presence of a minor.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), officers responded to a call involving a man exposing himself at the Wingate Inn on Market Street on July 23.
WPD says when officers arrived on the scene, the caller reported that she saw a man exposing himself outside her window and made eye contact with him before he left the area…
