Report: former Pflugerville police chief’s pattern of misconduct, city seeks replacement

PFLUGERVILLE, Texas — The City of Pflugerville is shedding new light on the circumstances surrounding the retirement of its former Police Chief Jason O’Malley. He retired at the end of May amid an administrative investigation.

A report from a third-party investigator released on Wednesday claims back in April at police headquarters, that O’Malley pointed his gun at a lieutenant and threatened to shoot him in the foot.
