WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. police are searching for two people after a teenage boy was grazed in the head by a bullet in Northeast on Tuesday night.
The shooting happened just before 8:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of Hayes Street.
According to the police report obtained by DC News Now, when officers arrived at the scene, they found the teen suffering from a graze wound to his head. Medics treated him at the scene and then took him to the hospital for further evaluation.
